It works on the principle of gravity and just a little of your energy. The table includes a lower spring load pull-pin for ankle adjustments, U-shaped handrails, a safety strap that provides control over desired inversion angles and four safe foam rollers. The table can be secured with a safety lock when not in use and folds up for easy storage. It can accommodate users up to 250 lbs and within a height range of 4 inches to 6 inches.
