The Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Therapy Table works by relaxing the back muscles supporting the vertebrae to help improve circulation and posture. Its very easy to use, you just have to lean back against the pad and lock your feet on its ankle support, then simply raise your arms over your head to initiate the inversion process. It works on the principle of gravity and just a little of your energy. The table includes a lower spring load pull-pin for ankle adjustments, U-shaped handrails, a safety strap that provides control over desired inversion angles and four safe foam rollers. The table can be secured with a safety lock when not in use and folds up for easy storage. It can accommodate users up to 250 lbs and within a height range of 4 inches to 6 inches.
